We want you to have a fair and predictable billing experience with Feret. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for paid subscriptions and related purchases.

2. Subscription Charges

Feret Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless you cancel before your next billing date. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription benefits will remain active through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund Eligibility

We may issue a refund, in whole or in part, in situations such as:

  • Duplicate charges or clear billing errors.
  • Accidental purchases reported promptly after the charge.
  • Material technical issues that prevented reasonable use of the paid service and that we are unable to resolve.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Partial use of a billing period after access has been granted.
  • Failure to cancel before the next renewal date.
  • Requests made long after the original charge date.
  • Issues caused by unsupported environments, third-party outages, or user-side configuration problems outside our control.

5. Request Window

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us as soon as possible after the charge. To help us review requests fairly, include the email address used for your account, the date of charge, and a short explanation of the issue.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@feret.ai with your account details and the reason for the request. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and respond as promptly as reasonably possible.

7. Chargebacks

If you experience a billing problem, please contact us before initiating a chargeback where possible. This gives us a chance to investigate and resolve the issue directly.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
